Ladies and gentlemen, the priming has begun! I’ve gotten the color scheme figured out and all the paint has been purchased. The endoskeleton is going to be a shiny silver / aluminium color which I will use a glossy clear coat on to contrast the matte black / blue for the rest of the kit. The accent pieces will be a glossy yellow / red respectively, but otherwise the plates will be matte.
I’m also trying to decide if I want to do subtractive paint with enamels on this build or not to get my accent colors on the plates and even have some scratches to reveal red / yellow. If not, I might just dry brush a bit. Pretty exciting stuff.
